ORDERS STRIKERS TO COMMENCE WORK. United Press Association —Copyright. STOCKHOLM, Sept. 6. The Swedish Labor Federation has ordered 11,500 workmen uninvolved in the original dispute, to return to work unconditionally to-day. The other 12,000 strikers return when the wages dispute is settled, wherein the Government will probably negotiate.
