In the Magistrate’s Court yesterday judgment in undefended civil cases was given as follows: It. H. Image (Mr C. R. Sainsbury) v. Clement Aislabie, balance of 12s and 10s costs ; Williams and Kettle, Ltd. (Mr F. W. Nolan) v. Jas. Campbell £l3 11s 2d and £1 10s 6d costs; J. F. Jcune (Mr J. R. Kirk) v. Frederick Dette, balance of £2 10, and £1 costs; F. Hall and Sons (Mr Nolan) v. William Rodgers, £4 14s lid, and 18s costs; J. H. Gittos (Mr It. U. Burke) v. Patrick Hofen, £7 12s Bd, and £1 3s Gd costs.
