THURSDAY COMPETITION. The Thursday competition matches will be continued at the Domain tomorrow afternoon, when Gisborno meet Alhambra, at 1.45 p.m., and Star and City try conclusions at 3 p.m. The team to represent Gisborne will he chosen from the following:—C. Pollock, R. Campbell, W. Neill, R. Flatman, J. Pollock, G. Neill, H. Henderson, W. Flatman, H. Harrison, J. Lyons, F. Delaney, T. Henderson, F. Seymour, J. Newton, T. Swain, A. Pirie, W. Collins, A, McConnell, F. Higgs, J. Weir, R. McKenzie. The following team will represent City against Star: —Huston, Grenfell, Tocker, Witty, Grinlinton, Bowman, Roderick, Stagpoole, Grant, McLean, Bragge, Shepherd, Gatland, Puflett, O’Neill. TAILORS v. HAIRDRESSERS. The following players will represent the tailors in their annual match, against the hairdressers: —Full-back, Renniek; three-quarters, Field, Cox, and .Sam Smith; nalves, Holmes and Rvan; centre, Somervell; forwards, Little, Peterson, Robertson, Black, B. Smith, Stevenson, Nicolls, and Patterson. JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP.
