The “Daily Mail’s” Durban correspondent reports that the Natal delegates who returned from the South African conference in (London state that Generals Botha and Smuts are detirmined that the Hetvolk and Orangia Unio shall disband in order to demonstrate that there is no longer any racial feeling.
General Botha and Dr. Jamieson discussed the formation of a coalition Cabinet of tho moderate British and progressive Dutch.
