THE SUPPOSED BOMB EXPLOSION (In, -ku Puksb Association— Copyuioht. CALCUTTA. Sept. 19. The police at Calcutta now attribute the damage to the train not to a bomb hut to fouling by heavy machinery at a crossing. The newspaper “Bandemataran," which was suppressed at Calcutta, has reappeared in a new form in Geneva. It pays a tribute to Dhingra and bitterly denounces the moderate members of the Indian National Congress.
