Also started: Ben Jonson, Newtown, Leo, Master Paul, Te Rahui, and Good Faith. Won by a length and a-half. President’s Handicap, 6 furlongsTetrazzini 1, Imprimus 2 ; Doggerhank 3. Also started : Durability and Royal Scotland. Won by a length. Time, Imin 1 4-ssec. . Avondale Guineas, 1 mile. —Elysian 1, Salute 2, Katkama 3. Also started: Excalibur and Fighting Fish. Won very easily by three lengths. Time, lmin 47s ec. Nursery Handicap, 4 furlongs.—King Sou It 1, Solus 2, Monoplane 3. Scratched : Ashby and Jo. Won easily. Time, 51 l-ssec. . Plumpton Handicap, 1 mile. —Miss Winnie 1, Lochbuie 2 Coromandel 3. All started. Won easily. Ivingsland Handicap, 6 furlongs. Seldom 1, Fleet Arrow 2, Beach 3. Won by a length. Time, lmin 18 2-ssee. Nihotapu Handicap, 7 furlongs. Tanekaha 1, Fraulein 2, Rarata 3. Won comfortably. Time, lmin 32 Mount Albert Handicap, 5 furlongs. I Aimwell 1, Necktie 2, Kareroa 3. The only starters. Won by three parts of a length. Time, lmin Bsec.
