TROUBLE OVER CAPE DYNAMITE. United Press Association —Copyright. CAPETOWN, Sept. 24. A deputation at Capetown in reference' to the action of the Australian tariff upon Cape dynamite said that this was an illustration of tire case against ipireference. Australia’s action was unfriendly and outrageous, for it meant that while taking all advantage of the Cape’s preference it gave absolutely nothing in return.
