RESULT OF RECENT CONFERENCE
United Purrs Association —Copyright MELBOURNE, Sept. 27. Sir Albert Spicer, in a speech, advocated'the establishment of an Imperial Commerce Council to keep moving the subjects dealt with’ at the Chambero of Commerce congress. It would be composed of representatives from all parts of the Empire, in London, to bo added to by members delegated for a certain period, thus keeping the central body in closer touch with, things in thought and opinion, in the distant dominions and colonies.
