Mr. Henniker Heaton, in a letter to the "Times,” commenting on the Dominions’ example to the Motherland in the matter of the cheaper conveyance of newspapers and magazines, and the fact that New Zealand is the only country in the world to enjoy universal penny postage, says, "Wo want an Imperial as weil as a parochial post office in England.”
