DISCOVERER DECLINES TO REVEAL ITS LOCATION.

Geroge Heim, lately inspector for a company in Damaraland, lias been arrested at Berlin and charged, together ■with, accomplices, now arrested in South Africa, with smuggling £15,000 sterling •worth of diamonds to Germany. His correspondence shows that he discovered large deposits, but he declines to reveal their location.
