TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2S. (Before Mr. AV. A. Barton, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. .John Fitzsimmons was lined 10s and 2s oost s for having been found drunk on Monday afternoon, in Gladstone Road. OBSCENE LANGUAGE. AVilliam Courtney, laborer, of Wellington, was fined £3 and £4 7s costs, or 14 days' imprisonment, for having ■used obscene language on August 2]st. at Gold Creek, near Gisborne. OLD AGE PENSIONS. Kimi Kahu, laborer, of Papawhariki. Kaiti, claimed a renewal of his pension, and £ls per annum wa s granted. Arthur John Denton, laborer, of Kaiti. had a renewal granted of £26 per annum Al'aria Martin, widow, of Makauri, was again granted £26 for the ensuing year. Thomas Barry, gardener, of Aberdeen Road, Gisborne, was granted a renewal of his pension of £26.
