There is tremendous “Maffiking” throughout Spain over the-,capture of Gurugu. [Mulai Hafid, Sultan of Morocco, had protested to the Powers against the Spanish operations against the turbulent and piratical Riffs, on the ground that they were a violation of the Treaty of Algeciras.]
