THE FIRST DREADNOUGHT
United Press Association —Copyright BERLIN, Sept. 30. The battleship Westfalen during the spring tide, accomplished the most difficult part of the passage to the sea. NEW HARBOR AT WILHELMSHAVEN. (Received October 1, 11.45 p.m.) LONDON, October 1. A new naval harbor at Wilbelmliaven costing three and a-half millions sterling has been inaugurated. It comprises six docks, three deep enough for the largest Super-Dreadnought. The new works include a large fitting-out basin. The “Times” corrspondent describes Wilhelmshaven a s one of the bestequipped naval stations in the world.
