(Received October 2, 12.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, October 1. - Tho text of the late Mr. Samuel Horden’s will has been published. It occupies nearly four columns. He leaves everything to his family. There is not a single outside bequest mentioned. His son Samuel is appointed manager of the business for life, at a salary of £SOOO per annum, besides benefits under the will. The trustees are authorised to convert the business into a company limited by shares.
