The Admiralty, the War Office, and the Board of Trade are represented on the Council of the Aerial League of the Empire, with Lord Esher as president. The Council includes Colonel Collins (representative of Australia), and the Hon. W. Hall-Jones. Colonel Massey, founder of the League, remarked that his ideal had been to attract all anxious to study the altered conditions from an Imperial defence standpoint and the requirements of the new science.""
