A sensational discovery of naphtha has been made in the province of Kuban, Russia, near the terminus of the Tuapes-Armavir (?) railway, which is being built by British capital. After the discovery the ignorance of a workman resulted in a fire, which it took 200 men ten days to extinguish. Two million pounds of naphtha were destroyed.
