I:niti.-h Pui-HH Association Copyright (Received October 11, 9.40 p.m.) LONDON, October 11. Sir Charles Lucas, of the Colonial Office, has returned to London. He was interviewed, and said he was greatly struck with the obvious desire of the Governments and people of the Commonwealth and the Dominion to co-operate with the Mother Country in matters of common interest, and with the great resources which will make such co-operation of constantly .growing value. He hoped that his recent visit would be the forerunner of other Colonial Office trips.
