ATTITUDE OF TiHE CANADIAN OPPOSITION.

Mr. R. L. Borden, leader of the Canadian Opposition, gives a tentative approval to the naval proposal, and endorses the suggestion of cruisers being constructed in Canada. The Toronto “Sun,” the organ of the agriculturalists, demands an appeal to the country before Sir Wilfred Laurier spends four or five millions sterling.
