ELABORATE METHODS OF PROTECTION. United Pi*ebß Association- Uoptiiioiit. BERLIN, Oct. 22. The Czar has proceeded to Frankfort. Three trains exactly similar, with intervals of a few miles between each, make the journey. No one knows which train the Czar entered. He sometimes would be in the first, and some times in one of the others. Strong detachments of police and troops are posted at every crossing. The public are not allowed to approach the line or the vicinity of the Imperial party elsewhere. THE CZAR’S ARRIVAL IN ITALY. (Received October 25, 12.50 a.m.) ROME, October 24. The Czar reached Racconigi in glorious weather. Russian and Italian flags were flown from every house. SOCIALISTS EJECTED. LONDON, October 24. Signor Morgani, the well-known socialist deputy, was denied access to the station at Racconigi. The correspondents of the socialist newspaper “Avanti” were ejected. Only the holders ot police permits were allowed to watch the procession, and these from behind a triple line of infantry and cavalry.
