NATIONAL UNION CONFERENCE. United Piiebb AnsoniATionr— Copyright LONDON, Oct. 22. The National Union of Women Workers, at a conference at Portsmouth, adopted a .resolution in favor of systematic emigration of women to the overseas dominions. Mrs. Margaret Hodge, of Australia, warned the conference of the great evil of sending unsuitable emigrants. Miss Risley, of Queenstown, read a paper upon the condition of education in the Commonwealth.
