100 WITNESSES SUBPOENAED

BERLIN, Oct. 26
A number of prominent Kiel and Hamburg merchants are charged with receiving from naval officers goods stolen from the dockyard and arsenal stores. The offences include falsification of weight tallies. One hundred witnesses have been subpoenaed.
