COMPANY TO BUILD DOCKS. United Press Association— Copyright. OTTAWA, Oct. 27. Messrs Harland and Wolfe, the Belfast shipbuilders, and others have provisionally formed a company to build dry docks at Levis (near Quebec) at a cost of £700,000, and at St. John’s, Newfoundland, at a cost of £500,000. An influential deputation urged Sii Wilfrid Laurier to grant an annual subsidy to Levis of £25,000, and to St, John’s of £25,000. .Sir Wilfrid Laurier promised to consult the Cabinet.
