NEW; SCALE OF RATES. TPer Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Oct. 28. The homeward freight rates for wool bv steamers of the New Zealand Ship* uing Company, Shaw Savill, Tyser, and Federal-Houlder-Sliire lines have been fixed. They are )d per lb for greasy wools and §d for scoured wools, to arrive in London for the January sales. The rates on boats leaving after those due to catch the first series of sales will not exceed 7-16 d per lb for greasy and 9-16 d: for scoured wools.
