WANGANUI FREEZING WORKS
LOSS OF £15,000 LAST YEAH. [Per Press Association.! WANGANUI, October 28. The annual meeting of the Wanganui Freezing. Company was held yesterday. The report and balance-sheet (which showed that the company last year lost £1*5,000) were adopted. It was resolved to increase the capital by 800 shares at £5 each. It was stated that the directors had intended to bring this matter forward some nine months ago, but decided that the time was not opportune to put the shares on the market. There was an evident desire on the part of shareholders to-day to take up their quota of the new issue. Messr Rodiwell and Silk were elected directors.
