GERMAN NAVAL FRAUDS.
TRIAL OF ALLEGED PERPETRATORS. United Press Association —Copyright (Received November 2, i 1.5 p.m.) BERLIN, Nov. 2. In connection with the German naval frauds, the trial has begun of four naval yard officials at Kiel, and of five Kiel and Hamburg merchants. The thefts included whole waggon loads of new armor plating. Heinrich, the principal official concerned, held an iappointment in the yard for the last 54 years. According to the newspaper “Vorwarts,” numerous important documents have disappeared from the public prosecutor’s dossier.
