CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 2. There is an impression that the inquiry held by the League of New Zealand Wheelmen was limited to the case, of J. Arnst. This is not so, as the scope of the inquiry included the whole of the fastest timers. The prize winner. J. Arnst, was not the only winner against whom allegations were made of -having been given illegal pacing.
