DISAFFECTION OVER THE HUT TAX. United Press Association— Copyright. LONDON, Nov. 2. The “Times” Maritzburg correspondent reports that the young men in certain districts of Zulu! and are reported to be restless and disaffected over the method of collecting the hut tax. It is alleged that arbitrary fines are imposed in cases of arrears. The tive Department is unaware of these alleged grievances. ,
