As Spain’s new airship Espagna vas being tried at Meaux the steering gear broke. The four persons aboard lostcontrol of the machine, and when last seen were drifting seawards. .(Received November 7,- 5.5 p.m.) ■ PARIS', Nov. 6. Th airship Espagna descended safely at Melun, in France.
