THE RISING AT ARDEBIL.
United Press Association— Coi>yrigiit TEHERAN, Nov. 5.
Rakhim Khan pillaged Ardebil. The governor and notables of the town took refuge at the Russian vice-consulate. TEHERAN, Nov. 6. Many persons were killed at Ardebil. The situation is precarious. The Russian vice-consulate is crowded with refugees. Relieving forces have been sent.
