CONVENTION AT NAPIER

[Per Piucss Association. I NAPIER, Nov. 9. The second Poverty Bay and Hawke’s Bay sub-district Rechabite convention was held to-day. It having been, pointed out that the action' of the previous convention in constituting themselves a sub-district was ultra vires, the resolution was rescinded. It was reported that a- tent had been openc-d at A/annevirkc ; and it was also decided to make an attempt to open tents at Waipawaand Waipiro. It was agreed to hold the next convention in Napier on June 3rd, 1910.
