THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

LONDON, Nov. 8. - Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, informed the National Peace Council that the AngloGerman Arbitration Agreement had been renewed only for a year, because when it was expiring the question of inserting additional matter -was under consideration, but the British Government had since decided to favor a lenevval for the remainder of thequinquenmn.
