ROWING.
POVERTY BAY ROWING CLUB
This evening .andl to-morrow evening races will be held by the Poverty Bay Rowing Club for Mr. B. S. Cox’s trophies. The first round is to be commenced this evening, when A. McConnell meets J. Newton, J. W. Nicolas meets S. Ledger, and J. McConnell meets G. Douglas. To-morrow evening the first round wil] be completed, when It. Jones meets A. Ivirk, C. Winter meets H. J. Holschie-r, and T. McConnell meets J. Webb. Mr. W. Fraser will be starter, and Mr. B. S. Cox judge. Crews will change at the Band Rotunda.
