At the Turanganui Bowling Club’s rinks yesterday afternoon, a game, m the Bennett Cup competition was played, the result being— , W. llatcliffe 25 beat W. H. Douglas 9.—As shown by the scores it was a runaway game for Ratcliffe, who was 11 to 1 on the 6th. head, and 21 to 2 on the 14th head. On the 20th head, witli Ratcliffe having a lead of 16, the game was cried off. The games will be continued throughout the Week.,
