PARIS, Nov. 26. France is commencing the construction of two 23,000-ton twenty-knot Dreadnoughts in 1910. They will have the greatest attacking power and invulnerability. DESTROYERS FOR ARGENTINA. LONDON, Nov. 26. Argentine has ordered in Britain four turbine-fitted destroyers, and has also ordered four in France and four in Germany. They are to have n maximum speed of 35 knots, &,nd be able to steam 3600 miles.
