ROWING.
GISBORNE CLUB
Mr. D. Cowan, of the Gisborne Rowing Club, has received word from Mr. •H. M. Walker, secretary of the Tologg Bay Rowing Club, stating that it had been found necessary to abandon the projected Boxing Day regatta. Owing to the wet weather having thrown everything on to Christmas, there is ho chance of getting crews together. It has been decided to postpone the big event, and if any crews were offering, to row off a few trial fours locally or something of the kind.
