Mr. Edward Travis, R.A.M., succeeded on Saturday night in regaining the championship of' the world in endurance piano playing, beating the record recently put up by Mr. J. S. Stir ton, of Westport, by three minutes the new record: being 60 hours 20_minutes. Mr. Travis plaved with a good deai. of vigor to the end, one of the ( .Ef® 68 eft •just on' time being The Storm.
