H. G. Wells. Sir E. H. Galsworthy, W. J. Locke, Jerome K. Jerome, Eden Phillpotts, “Lucas Malet,” and Win. De Morgan are among the novelists vigorously resenting the libraries censorship, on the ground that it will hamper the discussion of urgent social problems.
