POVERTY BAY CLUB

The annual meeting of the Poverty Bay Turf Club will be held on the Makaraka racecourse on Thursday and Friday, February 10th and 11th. Nominations are to close with the secretary (Mr. D. R. DeCosta) at 8.30 p.m on Saturday, January loth, and entries (no acceptances) at 9.30 p.m. on Saturday, January 22nd. Weights in connection with the first day’s meeting are to be declared on Friday, February 4th, and those for the second day’s events at 8.30 p.m. on Thursday, February 10th. Acceptances for the first day’s events must be made by 9.30 p.m. on Saturday, February sth, and for the second day’s event.* at 10 p.m. on Thursday, February 10th.
