TROUBLE .EXPERIENCED
TPer Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Dec. 10. Trouble' is being experienced at the dock works owing to the concrete bottom not setting properly. The depth of water is some forty feet,- and tins appears to be affecting the hardening process. The Harbor Board has procured reports from engineers and scientific authorities as to the best way of overcoming the ; difficulty, but no details have been published yet. It is repotted .in one paper that work had to he stopped, but this is denied in another.
