DISTRESSING SCENES. (Received December 22, 10.35 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 22. Fivo bodies have been found in the Clapham ruins, making the deaths eight. Distressing scenes occurred during the roll call of Arding and Hobbs’ employees. The head of the firm broke down while announcing the necessity to dismiss assistants with a week’s wages.
