Richard Sidney Knoivleden, aged 24 years, a draughtsman, has been committed for trial at Portsmouth for stealing a wireless telegraph receKer from the torpedo school ship Vernon, .and also, under the Official Secrets Act, for unlaAViully obtaining plans, models, sketches, and apparatus connected with ethergraphs. His defence was reserved, and bail Avas alloAved.
