Though; not yet completed, ; n is known the Northern Miners’ ballot will reject the Wages Board by an overwhelming majority. The belief is current, strengthened by Mr. Bowling’s reiterated assurance, that a settlement is near, and that when Mr. Bowling appears heforov + he Industrial Court on Monday to present the result of the ballot, he will submit a scheme for the establishment of a Board of Conciliation.
