The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates’ summary and forecast:—Cloudy and unsettled weather has prevailed. The barometer has risen and already fallen again slightly in the last 24 emirs. Present indications are for a further fall everywhere, with showery and misty weather in most parts of the country. Freshening northerly winds su-e orobable generally.
