Buckles of Enamel.
Buckles of every variety are among the most fashionable kind of jewellery. A pretty present is a ease • containing an enamel waist buckle, a set of blouse outtons, and a couple of hatpins. all in harmony. Striped enamelled buckles are also sold in velvet cases, and are especially modish in both green and white and blue and white. Etched and liand-engravcd buckles are among the novelities of the season, and the open work and filagree designs promise to obtain popularity. Paste buckles both for shoe and neck-band never go out of fashion, and are just as charming as ever this season. Buckles of Russian enamel carry out the craze for Russian ornaments, and their beautiful colors add enormously to the decorativeness of any gown with which thev are worn.
