THE WEATHER
The following is_ the Rev. D. C. Rates’ summary and forecast: The weather improved on Saturday and iSundav, but rain fell in the south and on the west coast this morning. Warm and humid conditions have prevailed t'o-'»iay. The barometer has fallen ■during the 36 hours, especially in the south. Present indications are for strong northerly and easterly winds, with cloudy and unsettled weather generally. Rain is probable both with the fall of the barometer and for n sharp rise, due after 24 hours, with high southerly winds.
