LONDON, Jan. 23

Lord Minto sent letters to twenty ruling princes, asking for co-operation against seditious doctrines. He urged that each State should work its own policy against the nefarious agitation. All replied promising the utmost,-assis-tance to stamp out the seditious movement. Several recommend a stringent press law.
