[Per Press Association. | WOODVILLE, Feb. 4. An I’m fluential company levs ibeen formed at Woodville, with a capital of £IO.OOO, fully subscribed, and has purchased the Christchurch Meat Company’s interest- and stock in the AYoodville bacon works. It has also purchased the Woodville freezing works from Nelson Brothers. The work of curing bacon will commence immediately. It is the intention to add new machinery to the plant, and to make the works the most- complete in the Dominion.
