The Government ha s ordered the immediate heightening of .the parapets, and the construction of dams at all Parisian danger points. The streets of Passy and Autenil are again flooded. The Meuse is rising, and the Liege country is Hooded. BERLIN, Feb. 10.

The Swiss lakes are at their highest level, and an inundation is feared at Geneva.
