DEPARTMENTAL CHANGES
[Per Press Association.! DUNEDIN, Feb. 12. Mr. J. C. Liggins, for many years traffic manager of the Union Steamship Company, has resigned owing to ill-health. Mr. J. H. C. Bond, formerly assistant traffic manager, succeeds him. Mr. N. S’. Falla becomes assistant to the traffic manager, and Mr. A. W. Wheeler auditor of the branches in succession to Mr. Falla.
