CITY OF AUCKLAND

The city of Auckland is issuing £343,000 in four per cents, with 21 years currency at 101-J.

NEW SOUTH WALES.

New South Wales is issuing a £2,750,000 loan, carrying per cent, at 97, a half-year’s interest being payable on Ist July, making the net price £96 2s sd. The loan is being underwritten on the usual terms. Holders of the maturing 4 per centums are offered an equal amount in new stock, with a cash payment of £4 2s 6d, of which £3 is for the difference in value of the stock, and £2 for the coupon due on Ist July, less 17s 6d interest. The list closes oh the 17th, and cash applications for conversions on February 22.
